Insta AI Solutions ("we") provides managed AI assistants for WhatsApp Business. Contact: .
Information we collect
- Website visitors: details you enter in our contact form. This site uses no advertising cookies or trackers.
- Clients: business details, contact and billing information, and the knowledge you give us to set up your assistant.
- Clients' customers: when a customer messages a client's WhatsApp number, we process their phone number, name, messages, voice notes, images, documents and videos on the client's behalf, to run the assistant and deliver leads.
We do not store card or bank details, government IDs, health, religion or similar sensitive data in customer memory.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, send leads to the business owner, bill for usage, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data. For customer conversations, the business is the primary decision-maker and we act on its instructions.
Service providers
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta); AI model providers, currently Google (Gemini) and, as a backup, DeepSeek, which may process data outside India; Razorpay for payments; and Cloudflare and our hosting provider for storage and delivery. Clients can switch off the backup provider.
Retention
While a client is active we keep conversation data for the service. After termination, media is deleted within 14 days, chat text and customer memory within 90 days, and client configuration within 12 months. Financial records are kept for the legally required period, with customer identifiers removed afterwards.
Security
Access controls, encrypted hourly backups, separated test and live systems, and secrets kept out of code.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, in line with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See data deletion or email us. Our service is not directed at children.
